I have been working out with Paige since November and it has been such an experience. I took some months off of working out and when I met paige she got me right back into it like I never stopped. She is definitely the definition of pushing you to your limit because there are times I feel that I am unable to do things and she is always telling me just try you can do it and when I try I always end up being able to. A good trainer knows your body better then you do and she amazes me every time with it. Every workout is honestly a blast. She makes it fun and always has me laughing and sweating my butt off at the same time. She also does virtual training just incase you aren't located in the same area..and let me tell you it's just as much as a workout as in person. If you are looking to take your fitness serious and need a little extra push you are definitely in the right spot.

Prior to starting my work out journey, my main goal was to just lose a couple of pounds. I had recently picked up a little weight over that past couple of years and wanted to get rid of it.
